At Voolys, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please review the policy below for important timing and conditions.

Requesting Changes or Cancellation

If you would like to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact our support team as soon as possible via email. Our team will review your request and assist you accordingly.

Order Modification & Cancellation Window

Within 6 Hours of Purchase
You may request order cancellations or modifications within 6 hours from the time your order is placed. Requests made during this window will be reviewed and processed if the order has not yet entered production or fulfillment.

After 6 Hours
Once 6 hours have passed, your order may already be in processing or fulfillment. At this stage, cancellations or modifications are no longer guaranteed and may not be accepted.

Refund Processing for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout:

  • Credit Card Payments: Up to 10 business days
  • PayPal Payments: Within 2 business days

Please note that refund timelines may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
