All payments are processed in USD (United States Dollar).

Payment details are processed directly by PayPal; Voolys does not store or have access to your full card number.

3. PAYMENT TIMING

Payment is charged immediately at the time you place your order.

An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment.

You will receive an order confirmation email once payment is completed.

If payment fails or is declined, the order will not be processed.

4. PRICING & TAXES

All prices listed on our website are in USD.

Applicable sales tax (if required by U.S. law) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International customers (outside the U.S.) may be subject to additional fees imposed by their card issuer or PayPal (currency conversion or foreign transaction fees). These charges are not controlled by Voolys.

5. PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNTS

Promotional codes must be entered at checkout to be applied.

Only one discount code may be used per order unless otherwise stated.

Discounts cannot be applied retroactively after an order is placed.

Promotional offers have no cash value and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

6. FAILED OR DISPUTED PAYMENTS

If a payment is unsuccessful due to reasons such as:

• Incorrect billing information
• Insufficient funds
• Bank or PayPal authorization issues

Please try again or contact your payment provider for assistance.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated without contacting us first, we reserve the right to suspend order processing while the dispute is under review.

7. FRAUD PREVENTION

To protect our customers and our business, Voolys reserves the right to:

• Cancel or hold orders flagged as high-risk or potentially fraudulent
• Request additional verification before processing certain payments
• Fully refund cancelled orders back to the original payment method

8. REFUNDS

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

Refund processing times depend on the payment provider:

PayPal / Cards: typically 7–14 business days

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Return & Refund Policy.
