Return Eligibility & Timeframe

You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unmodified, and in their original packaging with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)
  • Personalized or custom-made items (including items customized with names, designs, or personal details) are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please include clear photos for verification
  • Our customer service team will review your request and confirm return eligibility within 2–3 business days
  • Once approved, we will provide detailed return instructions and the return shipping address

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item)

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is caused by our mistake

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be issued within 2 business days after inspection
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Depending on your bank or card issuer, refunds may take 10–15 business days to appear on your statement
