At Voolys, we understand that shopping online can be tricky—and we want to make your experience as smooth as possible. Please read the policies below carefully before making a return or requesting a cancellation.
Order Cancellation & Modification
We allow order cancellations or modifications within 24 hours of placing the order.
To cancel or change your order:
1. Email [email protected] immediately with your order number and request
2. If the order hasn’t been shipped, we’ll process the cancellation or make your requested change
3. If the order has already shipped, you’ll need to wait for delivery and follow our Return process
Once an order is in transit, it cannot be canceled or modified.
What Items Are Eligible for Return?
You can return most gym clothing items such as leggings, sports bras, shorts, and performance tops if they meet the following conditions:
• Item is unused, unworn, and unwashed
• Tags are still attached and packaging is intact
• Returned within 30 days of delivery
• No signs of wear such as deodorant stains, sweat, perfume, or damage
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and product integrity, we cannot accept returns on:
• Worn or washed clothing
• Items with removed tags or missing original packaging
• Underwear, socks, or intimates
• Clearance/final sale items (clearly marked at checkout)
• Items returned after the 30-day window
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our return conditions.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected].
Include:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item and packaging
• A brief description of the issue
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible at no cost to you.
Return Policy
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Return Process:
1. Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
2. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return address
3. Carefully package the item(s), including all tags and original packaging
4. Ship it back using your preferred courier (return shipping cost is paid by the customer unless the item is defective)
5. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or notify you of any issues
Note: Please do not return items without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns without a return authorization or confirmation will not be accepted or refunded. Voolys is not responsible for lost or unprocessed items returned without approval.
Exchanges
We do offer exchanges for size or color under the following conditions:
• The original item must be returned following the standard return process
• Once we receive and approve the return, we will ship the replacement item for free
To request an exchange, simply mention it in your return email.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
• Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive your return for processing
• You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
